Independence Bank's lobby is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 3:30pm and Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Our drive-up is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm (noon).

We provide services to people who are not members of our financial institution or don't have an account with us, but there may be a fee.

We can order currency exchange from our correspondent bank. Orders must be placed in advance, and there is about a week's waiting period. We also handle money transfers.
