Great Falls Downtown 4th of July Parade
Wednesday, July 04, 2012
July 4th is a great day to be in Great Falls. From clowns to antique cars you'll be well entertained. The parade starts at 11:00am with a gun salute, plus helicopter and mercy flight fly-overs during the parade. Our local municipal band and combined high school bands provide patriotic music along the 16 block route.
Free water and soda are provided to spectators by our sponsors and Meadow Gold gives you a free ice cream. Around 4,000 USA flags will be handed out along the route sponsored by local businesses. Our local military units will lead out the parade followed by local businesses and club floats.
Every possible World War II veteran in the area is honored in being our Grand Marshalls. Come show your patriotism and wave an American flag.
Black Eagle Park fundraiser from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Also food and carnival games. Great way to fill in your day between the parade and the firework show.
Fireworks along the west bank at 10:15pm - 10:30pm.
